Our BASIC FLU and EASY FLU Polypreparators

The BASIC FLU and EASY FLU from SiTech are systems for preparing polyelectrolyte solutions.

Our polypreparators are used in mechanical dewatering processes of sludge produced by centrifugal extractors. Their main function is to obtain polyelectrolyte solutions with the desired concentration.

FEATURES

The Polyelectrolyte BASIC FLU from SiTech is a system of semi-automatic praparation of polyelectrolyte solutions. Its function is to obtain in-line polyelectrolyte solutions by feeding it directly into the extractor; it is set up for automatic operation with tank and level control.

The EASY FLU polyelectrolyte from SiTech is set up for fully automatic production of polyelectrolyte solution. Its function is to obtain polyelectrolyte solutions with the desired concentration in a totally automatic way avoiding product waste and allowing perfect dispersion and homogenization of the same because it is proportioned to the sludge flow rate.

  • Poly dosing pump with mechanical variator from 4 lt/h to 100 lt/h of emulsion

  • Bulb-mounted optical flow meter on central rod from 0 mt to 6 mt

  • Provision for level control from 3-rod tank, downstream pump stop control

The EASY FLU Polypreparator consists of:

  • 0.75kw agitator motor

  • Inverter-driven poly dosing pump that adjusts dosing according to hydraulic flow rate and set poly count
